Partnerships, Alliances & Business Development
Qualifications: B.A., B.Tech., MBA (Finance or Marketing), CFA (Optional)
Experience:
- At least 15-20 Years in the Wealth Management/Asset Management Industry leading alliances, partnerships and sales distribution with specific experience in leading large sales teams, guiding them in terms of sales numbers and achieving set milestones
- Ability to manage a sales/business development team to deliver results on a weekly basis
- Set up monitoring mechanisms for sales success
- Motivate the team with the CEO to build momentum in terms of fund launch, continuous fund raising and meeting top line anchor investors
- Having a ready network amongst banks, new age wealth managers and established large NBFCs, at a senior decision-making level, to build a robust multi-channel sales funnel to deliver results in terms of broad AUM numbers
- Has managed a bancassurance or investments channel for a bank or an insurance company for a period of time in the past
