AVP/VP - Operations, Strategy and Logistics @ Telecom / Infra / Manufacturing


- B.Tech & MBA, 20 + years of experience. 


1.) Support and Perform Management tracking and reporting, monitor and evaluate business measurement attainment to support, drive key transformation initiatives to achieve business objectives.. Lead operation managers and provide support to cross functional teams. Coach and mentor operation leaders so that they are able to manage their teams better.


2.) Business acumen in identifying needs & policies and developing strategic plans & procedures to streamline processes with optimal resource or capacity utilization. 


3.) Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies, also ensures timely audit is conducted. Can define and execute a transformation change plan aligned with client's business strategy and context for change. 


4.) Can engage stakeholders in the change journey and build commitment for change. Understands implications a new strategy will have on day to day cross functional operations of a business. 


5.) Maintenance of all the operational budgets. Experienced (minimum 15 years) in managing day to day production of manufacturing company. 


6.) Provide program management support to ongoing work activities . Lead strategic Supply Chain Operations including logistics and warehousing (Tactical Buy, Contracting, Transaction Processing, Vendor Management & Catalog Management functions) for the customer. The processes though consolidated at one location supports the customers across the globe. 


7.) Comprehensive knowledge of implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of logistics operations. 


8.) Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of purchasing operations and principles (Transaction Processing, Vendor Creation & Management, Catalogs, etc.). Excellent relationship management skills. 


9.) Responsible for overall People/Process cycle covering Recruitment, Training & Development, 

People/Performance/Escalation Management,, Continuous Improvement, Business Controls, Resource Retention & any other activities towards a successful delivery experience for the client.


 10.) Assists in the development of business strategies to accomplish business unit objectives. Collaborate across various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
