AVP / VP - Operations (Media and Information services)

Job Role Overview :

- Leader spearheading the service delivery operations for a large million dollar account in the Media and Information services for BPO/KPO Operations.

- Responsible for complete account management, accountable for operations delivery meeting clients SLAs and KPIs, complete ownership on farming and mining of the account, building the capability to a large revenue generating account - horizontally building multiple line of business in the offshore servicing model.

Candidate Expectations :

- 13+ Yrs of experience and looking for a seasoned people manager from BPO / KPO Industry (only) and who catered to global clients from the Media and Information services Industry.

- Horizontally can be from any domain like F&A, HRO or any back/middle/front office operations and critical to the role is the expertise In Media, entertainment and Publishing industry.

- A dynamic leader with add on expertise in transition and Transformation will be of advantage along with the operations delivery experience
