AVP/VP - Operations Management & Improvement/Business Service Delivery - IT

We are currently retained by a leading global IT MNC (Professional services company) to hire Operations/Business Improvement-Service Delivery Manager for multiple locations in their Business Operations Vertical.

This is a leadership role and requires someone with the right operational excellence experience and expertise.

Role: AVP/VP Operations Management

Location: Multiple locations like Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai

- This is a key part of Operations Mgmt. & Improvement team for monitoring and reporting progress of various programs through governance. The role will require you to interact with individuals throughout the delivery organization.

- You will be responsible for Business Service delivery where in you will be required to create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of Analytics delivery or product work. You will be monitoring and reporting progress of various programs through governance.

Skillset Required: Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business Service Management, Program Management, Timely Delivery and execution, Client Services, Client Management

To qualify you must have:

1. Ensuring all processes are following/executed and timelines met wrt experience managing of day to day operational and administrative activities

2. Follow-Up/ execute on daily basis for timely execution of programmes (before deadlines are met).

3. Experience in Operations management for monitoring and reporting progress of various programs through governance.

4. Experience of Creating, implement and manage in support of the execution of Analytics delivery or product work.

5. Experience of managing and working with a team.

To fit in the bill, you must have 10-15 years of total experience with a leading BPO/Shared Services MNC organization.
