Leasing experience with Industrial / Commercial in Bangalore Market

Basic Qualification: Graduate

Professional Qualification: MBA (Mktg.), should be conversant with local language or preferred only local candidates (from Bangalore)

Job Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for heading the entire South region as the Regional Marketing & Leasing Head for discharging the following functions

1. Develop and build a strong leasing pipeline for the market

2. Negotiate and close leasing transactions

3. Negotiating lease agreements

4. Co-ordination with client and inter departments to ensure timely delivery

5. Build relationships with IPC's, brokers and potential clients

6. Generate innovative marketing solutions

7. Planning and executing of business strategies

8. Responsible for generating innovative marketing solutions
