About our Client - Our Client is one of the largest banks globally with presence in over 80 countries and a strong history of presence in India. They are currently growing their Analytics division and are seeking someone to lead and build this division into a center of excellence.

Job Description - You will be Reporting to the Head of Analytics. Your responsibilities would include:

- Building and leading a team of globally competitive analysts and managers

- Understanding business problems and converting them into quantitative problems and hence solutions

- Liasioning with Business partners of our client and work alongside to bring out the best solutions in the market

- Bringing best practices and creating an innovative spirit among the teams reporting to you

The Successful Candidate - You should have an MBA from a Top tier B School or a Master's in Economics / Statistics from leading university globally with at least 7 years of work experience in the analytics domain with prior hands on experience in statistical tools such as SAS/SPSS and should have had prior experience in leading and building a team.
