AVP/VP - Management Consulting - Pharma/FMCG

Experience : 6 to 10 years in Management Consulting, advising clients in the FMCG/ Pharma sectors ONLY.

Education : Candidate should be from Top Tier B-Schools.

Managers/ Senior Managers who will take ownership of project management and build their leadership skills.

- In this role, your leadership qualities will be tested, you will provide a high level of intellect to the team and ensure timely delivery of the project ensuring it is within the budget.

- Build and nurture the team.

- Provide team members with constant/ regular feedback and encouragement.

- Manage multiple clients/ engagements and ensure that the team exceeds the client's expectations.
