Client Details :

Our client is an established firm in the fintech domain. They are looking for a qualified person for a leadership position in Machine Learning for their Bangalore office.

Description :

As a Director-Machine learning, you will report into the Head of the data sciences and your major responsibilities shall include :

- Developing & leading a team of machine learning engineers

- Partnering with data, product and engineering teams for high impact machine learning projects

- Taking end to end ownership of machine learning systems

- Providing technical guidance in evaluating and improving machine learning projects

- Improving existing processes, identifying and taking steps to reduce technology gaps

Profile

As a successful applicant, you would need to have:

- PhD/MS from Tier-I university

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning algorithms

- At least 2 years of experience with managing a data sciences team

- Strong coding and debugging skills

- Impressive communication and stakeholder management skills
