We have been retained by one of the leading bank's global in-house captive to look for qualified professionals working in Liquidity Reporting for Banks in a Global Context. Position(s) are based in Chennai. Global bank with operations across multiple countries is looking to bolster their leadership talent in the area of RWA and regulatory reporting.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Leadership Team within the Finance Shared Services Organization locally & to the Global LR / RWA Leads as may be deemed fit, you would be responsible for:

- Leading a sizable team responsible for end-to-end production of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and regulatory reporting

- Creating an effective process to ensure accuracy & integrity of the data delivery

- Ensuring that timeliness for various reports are met & continuously improved

- Managing projects which are essential for driving down the cost & improving efficiency & reducing control weaknesses

Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience within RWA, regulatory reporting.

- Knowledge of dealing with regulators is a must.

- Good leadership skills to lead a sizable team and take over the next role basis performance.

- Sound Stakeholder management skills to handle demanding stakeholders and manage their expectations.
