Purpose:
The incumbent of the role is expected to aid sales function towards enhancement of revenue and growth. He/she should use innovative training content strategy which could be used to train all sales associates uniformly across the channel partners ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand the entire channel sales process.
- Understand training need from various stakeholders.
- Understanding the role of training content to increase sales and revenue.
- Create Learning Design document to create sales training content.
- To get engaging and impact oriented content created for channel sales team using various ID frameworks.
- To get the full content kit designed for TTT and execution in market.
- To use all latest content creation techniques and models for better efficacy.
Qualifications :
- Incumbent should have 8+ yrs of experience with 5+ years' experience in developing sales related content.
- Certified ID (Preferred)
- Proficient in ILT content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
