Our client is incorporated in 1995, is a leading Mumbai headquartered Financial Services Company providing Investment Banking & Corporate Advisory services to business houses, corporates across wide range of industry sectors. We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as equity fund raise, structured lending, restructuring etc.

CTC: 25L PA to 30L PA (or Negotiable) + Incentive

Job Description:

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in the financial services domain (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Structured Finance and M&A Advisory projects Consulting) and with a degree in business, economics, commerce, finance, or any other related discipline from a premier institution

- Building financial models, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc

- Scout for business opportunities in Investment Banking segment;

- Manage interactions with clients and investors;

- Assess valuations for clients using various methods;

- Assist in handholding due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of live transactions;

- Interpretation and analysis of financial statements, annual reports, management presentation and business plan;

- Proficiency in providing alternative solutions and structuring of deals;

- Experience in raising funds through alternate financing, equity through Angel Investors, VC's, PE's or Hedge Funds;

- Develop recommendations for product offering, private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions and funding solutions;

- Ability to originate deals and provide end to end solutions

- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple team members

- Willingness to travel once Covid situation eases

- Must have the ability to deliver deals on time and navigate through roadblocks and bottlenecks

- Active Involvement: ensuring a continuous engagement with clients to build a long term relationship

Qualifications, Skills & Education:

- CFA or CA or MBA-Finance from reputed institute.

- 4 - 5 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance

- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills

- Strong valuation and Corporate Finance competencies, especially in DCF and merger pro forma analysis

- Complex problem-solving skills; innovative with ability to create differentiated analysis based on the situation

- Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills

- Ability to work across a range of levels, from hands-on analysis / modeling to Board discussions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Clear, concise writing / presentation skills
