Indicative Requirement:  - Investment banking / corporate finance professionals with 8 to 12 year work experience   - Should have led teams, executed and closed PE / M&A deals in BFSI sector (banking, NBFC, Micro-finance, payment gateways etc)  - Should have an excellent understanding of various business drivers and regulatory environment relevant to the sector  - Should be able to play a pivotal role in helping to originate business as well as to manage and nurture relationships with clients   - Should be able to lead and take charge of negotiations between buyers and sellers   - Should be able to lead discussions during investor meetings / calls / road-shows with clients and potential investors   - Should be an MBA from a Tier I B-school  - Should be a top-quartile performer in current employment   - Should have a track record of successfully leading teams in deal execution   - Should be a team-player   - Role would be based out of Mumbai and would involve travel
