AVP/VP - Investment Banking

Role:

The individual will be engaged in the entire life cycle of Investment Banking Advisory functions, from deal origination to deal closure.

You need to be self-starter and a go-getter with a hunger for growth.

Education: MBA, preferably with an engineering background from a reputed institute

Or a CA/ CFA with relevant work experience of 4 - 8 years with Investment Banks/ Consulting Firms/ FIs/ Large Corporates having Multi-functional activities, etc.

Has exposure to IT-ITeS and Pharma sector.

Knowledge of Company Law, SEBI guidelines and overall regulatory environment would be an additional asset.
