AVP/VP - Investment Banking

Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Vice President (VP) - Investment Banking for Financial Services and Fintech Team of a Global Investment Bank.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and executing strategic financial transactions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our Investment Banking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and fund raising

- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation to ensure the success of transactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deal closures.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Financial Services and Fintech sectors.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and financial expertise to clients.

- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion of client relationships.

Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Contribute to the professional development of team members through mentorship and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Financial Services and Fintech.

- Proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services and Fintech industries.
