AVP/VP - Investment Banking

Area of work: Investment Banking ( Execution) NEG- (New Generation Tech Company Experience)

- End-to-end Execution management - from start to closure

- Preparation of transaction collaterals such as Teasers, Information Memorandum, Financial Model, etc.

- Evaluating and working on capital raise and M&A transactions, IPO Transaction

- Meeting the management of companies to explore possibility of a potential mandate for fund raise

- Closing Term Sheet, SHA and SSA discussions

Responsibilities Included

: Deal Sourcing, Deal Evaluation, Deal Structuring, and Deal Closure

- Sectors: FinTech,ConsumerTech Agritech, Edtech, lnsurtech, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistech, Medtech, DefenceTech etc.
