Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Institutional Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Get empanelment with Institutional clients i.e. with Mutual Funds, Banks, AIF, Hedge Funds & PMS.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and other financial institutions.

3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking efforts.

4. Understand the needs and objectives of institutional clients and provide personalized investment solutions and services.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, including research analysts and trading desks, to deliver timely and relevant market insights and investment ideas to clients.

6. Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the firm's capabilities and offerings.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at growing the firm's institutional client base.

8. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the marketplace.

9. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Overall 8-10 years of experience and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales or a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
