AVP/VP - Human Resource - Investment Bank

Our Client is a leading Investment Bank in Mumbai.

We are looking for an AVP/ VP HR. Below mentioned are the specifications:

- Working closely with business managers, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices.

- Hands on exposure in the domain of HR Operations, retention, HR policies & practices, performance management.

- Working on all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry.

- Working towards reward & recognition programs, incentive schemes etc. in order to enhance employee motivation and retention.

Other Specific Requirments:

- We are looking for a qualified MBA in HR either from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes,

- The candidate should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations.

- Exposure to working in highly matrix organization & ability to connect with the Global stakeholders
