- Responsibilities (but not restricted to):

- Responsible HR Strategy and Programs

- Project management experience for the key focus areas

- Establish and Improve HR Processes

- Leading Employee Engagement initiatives with the aim to attract ,retain and develop best talent

- The scope of the role will multilocation, multi-units

Requirements:

- Proven Track record for min 15 years

- Manufacturing / Automobile experience preferred

- Post Graduate from Tier I/II universities
