AVP/VP/Head - Product Management - Internet/Online

Role/ Responsibility for AVP/ VP (Generic) :

- End to end leadership of a product cluster with a team of PMs reporting

- As per the goals of the cluster defining the product vision & roadmap

- Thought leadership in defining the product & development priorities

- Closely working with tech & design to deliver product in line with roadmap

- Understand corresponding business priorities & maintain close coordination with business team

- Work with marketing team & contribute to crafting the right story & deciding the relevant execution channels for growing the products

- Drive the right product development processes across product, tech & design teams part of the cluster

- Actively mentor & grow junior team members to create future product leaders
