JD:
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization from USA, Canada & Australia.
- Proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities
- Closing sales leads, pitch services (Staff Augmentation) to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing contacts
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Developing a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, follow ups, setting up meetings, Lead Generation.
- Experience in Building a relationship with top management people like CEO, CIO, COO, and CTO & Director.
- Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company as practice leaders/Principals
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Managing key accounts
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner. Defining long-term organizational strategic goals
- Building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities
Desired:
- Applicant having 12+ years of experience in International Business Development role in IT Service Companies
- Applicant should be proficient in cold calling , LinkedIn reach out & International business development
- Should have earlier experience in interacting with clients in developed countries like UK, US, Australia etc
- Excellent Communication & Inter Personal Skills
- Good negotiation ,convincing and client servicing skills
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude
