Expectations/Requirements: - Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for our UPI/Wallet business, focused on key metrics in terms of users/investors/transactions for the business line. - Should be responsible for driving the User Growth, Revenue Growth, Retention, and Engagement of the Platform on a day-to-day basis. - Manage end to end consumer lifecycle management for the business vertical - Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business - Deploy successful Growth marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation: - Define the product growth and positioning strategy, and develop frameworks to guide the strategic positioning for our product in existing and new markets. - Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns - Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour. Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges. - Experience working in a growth-marketing role with minimum 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or related disciplines for internet and/or consumer technology. - Experience partnering and collaborating with product growth to deliver meaningful products and campaigns to the market. - Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills. - High degree of ownership in taking things to completion - Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements - Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations
