- Prepare, Produce & Analyze reports for Global Service Delivery centers in India.

- Reporting includes monitoring of the monthly costs, management reporting, identifying initiatives for optimizing the costs, track the stretch achievement etc.

- Responsible for timely & accurate reporting to stakeholders (both Onshore & Offshore) based on deliverables Calendar.

- Manage and Streamline the adhoc reporting.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Monitoring of the Recharges and providing detailed analysis of movement in the billed costs.

- Trend analysis of the financials & other KBI's like FTEs, SU, Over/Under recovery of cost from business.

- Ensuring the specific guidelines from the group are adhered to. For instance CtA, Travel expenses etc.

- Tracking the FTE's movements, which are out of plan, attrition, ensuring there are no backfills without approvals and a proper business case.

- Ensuring that the Mandatory margins which are required as per Income Tax Act are met.

- Preparation of Rolling Forecast (LE) for the entity & functions monthly to provide a line of sight to senior management. Quarterly forecasting of Financials for Advance Tax payment.

- Ensuring Pricing to the customers is in line with Commercial terms and ensuring that there are no under recovery of costs. Ensuring the Receivables are - 60 days.

- Ensuring that only those saves which are sustainable in nature are certified.

- Projecting the Cash flows requirements and managing the working capital requirements.

- Analyzing the Business Unit wise P&L and ensuring the cost/FTE is maintained at the optimum levels.

- Working with Capacity management team to optimize the space utilization without affecting the business continuity.

- Business Service wise analysis of the Cost/FTE across the other Global Service centers.

- Tenure analysis of the FTE's and ensuring that the Span of control is at its optimum level.

- Analyzing the billable vis-a-vis actual FTE's and the movement of FTE's.

- Deep dived the cost of few functions which helped the functions to Optimize the Cost.

- Responsible for Group reporting & Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- People Management.
