AVP/VP - Financial Modelling/M&A - FX/Rates/Fixed Income Knowledge

Looking for Financial Modelling experience - AVP/VP

Job Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities of the role -

Create, maintain, and standardise corporate finance models especially when banking models are unavailable in non-event driven client requests such as liability management analysis.

Examples of corporate finance models required by sales teams include the following; valuation models, discounted cash flow models, earnings projections, historical earnings analysis, margin compression, EBITDA volatility, and merger models.

Requirements

Essential

- 2-8 years experience in corporate finance preferred, with a focus on financial modelling and quantitative analysis

- CFA or comparable experience / education

- Understanding of at least one of; R (statistical program) / VBA / Other coding languages

- Advanced knowledge of Bloomberg functionality is necessary

Desirable

- Understanding of Global Markets products, specifically FX spot, FX forwards, FX options, money market products, and interest rate swaps

- Exceptional financial statement analysis skills and familiarity with IFRS / USGAAP reporting would be an advantage
