AVP/VP - Financial Control - BFS

Job Description :

1. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards

2. Experience in Fund Raising and Treasury must

3. Interact with other team members to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations

4. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards

5. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

6. Oversee cash, investment and asset management

7. Devise and implement financial controls, policies and procedure.

8. Managing the entire Finance & Accounts team

9. Allocate budgets for all departments and monitor variances

10. All statutory compliance, Direct & indirect taxation, Finalization of accounts, dealing with statutory & internal auditors.

11. Sales Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax, TDS.

12. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures

13. CMA data preparing and all B/S, P&L, Cash Flow statements, etc.

14. Financial structuring for the company, re-structuring of debts, treasury management

15. Fund raising through loans and equity including private equity.

16. Dealing with banks and managing good relationship with them from time to time basis, ensuring that the cost of funds is kept at the lowest possible level.

17. Developing & implementing performance monitoring systems

18. Analyzing product wise / state wise P&L

19. Liaison with banks
