AVP/VP - Finance - FMCG/Internet/Agency/Product Service Firm

Job Description:

- Closure of Financials including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow as per AS and IND AS.

- Consolidation of Financials, Formulate Budgets and implement budgetary controls.

- Understanding of the Business and formulating Monthly MIS for the Company and associate companies.

Skills :

- Should have adequate knowledge about the Manufacturing and Service Industry, together a 5-year experience plus articles will do.

- Well versed with excel and macro excel.

- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards.

- Attention to details with reading between the lines while one review's contractual obligations.

- Communication Skills wrote and oral.

Expectation

- Eager for late sitting as we work for almost 50 hours a week including Saturdays or whenever there is work.

- Adherence to applicable laws of the Manufacturing and Service Industry including FEMA, FDA, FSSAI & RBI guidelines and Banking Regulations Act.
