AVP/VP - F&A Practice - R2R/S2P/P2P

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expansion of depth and scale of the F&A service tower with market-leading and future-focused offerings and achievements; Enhancement in industry-specific capabilities;

- Accelerated advancement in existing engagements with deeper application of domain and digital capabilities.

- Improvement in visibility and positioning of the F&A practice and accomplishments in the market

- Provide thought leadership to the F&A service tower and related deal pursuits and market interactions; Design and drive growth for the tower with an ecosystem-powered/end-to-end strategy; Enhance the depth of domain capabilities.

- F&A service capability incl. best including class reusable assets and practices, benchmarking, controls, and compliance framework, training path development, and digital/technology offerings, and support related alliances & partnerships.

- Assess and guide engagement maturity models, value designs, and transformation roadmaps; Enhance industry-focused offerings and services; Standardize reference models;

- Publish or contribute to white papers, GTM initiatives, and practice content and collateral development.

Professional Qualifications and Skills:

- Around 12+ years in leading/managing consulting/transformation/outsourcing projects in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay space for clients across industries (areas would include sourcing, purchase, invoices payable, payments, helpdesk/query mgmt., vendor master data, AP close & reconciliations, T&E expense);

- Transformation and innovation mindset is essential;

- Market-facing outlook and knowledge base are valuable.
