AVP/VP - Equity Capital Markets Execution - Investment Banking

As AVP/ VP of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) within the Investment Banking Division, you will play a pivotal role in Executing Equity Capital Markets Deals across Industry. Depending on seniority the role involves sourcing & execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) mandates, handling SEBI takeovers, delisting, Buybacks, qualified institutional placements (QIPs), valuations, and fairness opinions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executing Equity Capital Market Mandates:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of Equity Capital mandates transactions, including structuring, pricing, and marketing of the offering.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless execution.

- Provide strategic guidance to clients and team members throughout the IPO process.

- Manage and execute SEBI takeover transactions, adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.

- Prepare takeover-related documentation

- Oversee the process of delisting, advising clients on regulatory requirements and strategies.

- Assisting the clients in structuring and executing delisting transactions.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange rules.

- Assisting the clients in executing share buyback programs, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.

- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and investors during QIP processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

- CA / MBA preferred

Experience: 10+ Years

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successfully executing IPOs, SEBI takeovers, delisting, and buybacks, QIPs, valuations, and fairness opinions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
