Urgent opening for AVP/ VP - Digital Transformation Project with leading banking sector

Job Role :

- Work on digital transformation projects, solutions development and implementation in BFSI Sector

- Expertise in Assets lead platform developments ( business Loan, Personal Loan, SME, Working capital, Mortgage, car Loan, consumer loan)

- Create online asset business platform, roll out adoption and customized solution.

- Blend offline and online capability to create faster, efficient and innovative asset business

Skills Required :

- Should have overall experience of 8-12 yrs.

- Understanding of credit and decisioning model.

- Ability to think through complex process and simplify using digital platform.

- Understanding of Customer experience, design and workflow.

- Good understanding of eco-system players viz. technology companies, market place, aggregates, credit, asset business.

- Strong insights of Startup/ digital models in assets business.
