Key Responsibility:
- Inform the operational requirements for managing partner programs, such as reporting details, etc.
- Support program creation leveraging quantitative analysis and industry research.
- Represent company in consulting client in regards to digital marketing and act as a consultants to their digital needs.
- You would be expected to have full understanding on all of your client portfolio and Understand the different stakeholders within agency and start building relationship with them.
- Ability to lead strategic discussions with clients.
- Deeper understanding of programmatic & data landscape.
- Should be able to build data driven precision marketing plans.
- You should be able to have full understanding of what is happening in your portfolio & lead your team in that aspect.
- Create a 360 degree planning approach for new campaigns.
- Be visible as the leader of your team within the agency as well as with clients.
- Lead the annual planning process for our clients.
- Converse on measurement metrics across touchpoint based on campaign objectives.
- Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members.
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
