Team size(if applicable) – 2 manager plus 2 designers, to be revised if needed, plus extended teas of agencies and partners
Qualification (with Specialization): Post graduate / MBA in marketing with an experience of 6-8 years
Experience in years: 6-8 years
Experience (Details):
- Exposure and understanding of channel management, sales and hands on experience of digital marketing and brand communications
- Handling ATL, BTL , trade promotions and consumer engagement
- Exposure to market research and consumer insights
- Must have at least 4-6 years work experience in digital marketing (SEM, Display, Performance, social, media, etc.)
- Currently in a regional role looking at pan-India profile or already in a similar role with an industry peer Industry & Co. Preference/s: BFSI, Broking, Travel, etc.
Detailed Role and Responsibilities
Product Launch and Activation:
- Work together with sales and product management on “go to market” strategy that ensures reach of all products across all markets.
- Implement a Product Activation calendar by working closely with the product development and sales teams.
- Create as well as implement product positioning and associated marketing collaterals for new and as well as existing products. ATL and BTL Communication:
- Design and implement campaigns using traditional and new media
- Work on a multi-media mix that ensures maximum reach and optimum frequency
- Measure communication effectiveness by type of media used.
- Conceptualize and support execution of all events and promotions
- Support for Channel and Trade management and all new & strategic initiatives for the business
Brand Health:
- Ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of Broking Logo & Brand Template.
- Continuously audit use / misuse of our logo in the market place.
- Track and update performance of Broking brand Vis as Vis competition.
Market Research:
- Implement and manage multiple types of research in the market to generate consumer insights, track trends, monitor brand performance, test concepts.
- Translate research outcomes into business benefits.
Marketing Commercial:
- Oversee the procurement to delivery process of all marketing collaterals, merchandising elements
- Vendor and fiscal management

- Strong business and ROI orientation
- Ability to effectively manage the marketing eco system of agencies, vendors, printers etc.
- Ability to work across cross functional teams and manage multiple internal stakeholders/excellent team player
- Good communication & creative skills and a sense of creative judgment
- Go-getter, ambitious, innovative and high on energy
- Should be willing to travel extensively across pan – India network
- Understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English & Hindi language is a must.
