AVP/VP - Debt Management - BFS

Key responsibilities -

- Take responsibility for driving portfolio management and structuring solution in Strategic business with focus on critical NPA cases by creating innovative financial solutions customized for the clients.

- Facilitate portfolio management and structuring solution in identified stressed accounts with focus on critical NPA cases.

- Facilitate loss claim from the critical identified accounts.

- Continuously monitor billing vs. received status and ensure closure of critical NPA cases.

- Facilitate repossession of assets in case of absolute failure to recover the loan.

- Collate and review all MIS reports on number of cases, current portfolio size, security deposition etc. of critical NPA cases and strategize portfolio management and structuring solution based on the information.

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that need to be restructured and for cases that can be manged or re-structured through legal intervention
