AVP/VP - Credit Monitoring - SME - NBFC

Job Opportunity with the leading NBFC Company :

The monitoring function will essentially include the following :

- Collection of project implementation data/information, both, Technical and Financial.

- Periodical site visits and borrower meetings.

- Analysis of borrower MIS in comparison with projections taken into consideration at the time of project appraisal.

- Follow up with the borrower for deviations in project implementation, non-compliance of covenants, submission of MIS and recovery of dues-Principal and Interest.

- Scrutiny of Escrow A/C operations and Sweep management, including issuance of NOCs.

- To initiate steps to avoid the account becoming SMA/Delinquent.

- Regular reporting of account wise status and portfolio health to and review by top management
