AVP/VP - Creative Director - Telecom

Designation : AVP/VP

Responsibilities :

- Concept generation and execution of user interface: Web, Mobile, Tab etc

- Creative leadership of team of UI, VD and IxD Designers

- Effective management of stakeholders, external agencies and freelancers

- Interface with UX, Delivery Management, Technology and other relevant business units to ensure an unique and outstanding user interface

- Training, hiring, managing and evaluating creative staff

- Interaction with other departments to maintain communication and client satisfaction.

- Participation in planning meetings and presenting to clients to decide the strategic and creative direction.

- Interpret a client's vision and translate into tangible and deliverable outcomes

- Along with account executives, plan and implement budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency, and establish schedules on projects.

- A UI/UX expert who has an experience of more than 8-10 years and has lead a team of designers

- A designer who has a good design concept and whose portfolios/work is liked by the team sitting at Jio can be considered for this role

- Candidates from Digital Marketing companies are preferred
