General Summary :
- Business development, origination of new transactions in the Employee health &Benefits products.
- To manage the relationship with corporate & banking client to promote insurance backed solutions and to develop a portfolio of new accounts.
- It is a team handling role.
Scope of Activities :
- Initiate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and cold calls.
- Seek and build strong relationships at executive and operational levels and communicate the prospect's strategy across Co's resources.
- Acts as an ambassador for Co. with prospect's executives.
- Responsible for the direction and management of Co's relationship with the prospect.
- Manage the communication with the prospect.
- Understand prospect business issues, needs and expectatios.
- Host prospect and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker / seniors.
- Manage competitive reviews through to successful completion.
- Seek referral generation.
Qualification :
- Graduate / MBA / PGDM with work experience into Corporate sales in a General Insurance or Insurance Broking.
Candidates Profile :
- Experience in corporate / Group Health/ Employee Benefits.
- Independently handling corporate relationship.
