AVP/VP - Corporate HR - Financial Services - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

AVP/VP - Corporate HR role for one of the Financial Services organization based in Gurgaon.

Preferably from 2009 - 2012 BATCH.

Only premier institute pass outs, full time MBA's may apply.

The role would be managing the HR function for the Corporate Office, managing Training's, PMS, C& B, Employee engagement initiatives and working on various HR Initiatives related to managing attrition, improving work culture.
