AVP/VP - Corporate Finance Advisory Services

Delivery of Corporate Restructuring / Financial Restructuring / Structured Solutions / Refinancing / Divestment Advisory mandates independently

- Understanding client’s solution requirement

- Securing relevant data from clients

- Financial modelling

- Preparation of pitch presentations, IM’s, CAP’s, etc

- Meeting lenders and selling the financial solution to them

- Relationship management with client and lenders at key levels

- Delivery of mandates with need based support from Directors

Ideal Profile:

- 5-7 years experience of working with a top tier management consulting or relevant profiles in audit firm

- Has exposure to BFSI sector

- Executes projects end to end

- Has willingness and capability to reach a P&L position in next 2-3 years
