AVP/VP- Corporate Communication
This role will entail :
- Reputation Building with Consumers, and Businesses - both online and offline, through Owned & Earned Media channels
- Owning social media charters like Corporate messaging/business messaging, CSR Employer Branding - All Internal Communication to employees and other internal stakeholders
- Project management & ensuring timely and effective implementation of campaigns
Key outcomes expected from this role :
- Develop and implement PR strategy & campaigns with an aim to position YES BANK as an innovation backed customer focussed brand within the BFSI space
- Support crisis management across functions by guiding concerned stakeholders on communication related protocols.
- Build and maintain multiple channels of internal communication including the Company Intranet to keep the Bank's employees apprised about key developments
- Work closely with Head of Communications to align with strategic requirements of Bank's CXO suite / leadership team to promote thought leadership within the BFSI sector through relevant events/ forums / conferences
- Develop and write high-quality and compelling content, including press releases, thought leadership pieces, internal articles, announcements, and executive speeches for a broad range of channels including, company intranet, events and social media
- Represent the Corporate Communication function at all key brand initiatives, awards and events including large corporate initiatives
- Assist the Online Reputation Management team with adequate content templates that need to be revisited from time to time, and provide hygiene support wherever necessary
- Work with the social media representative to plan and execute the Social Communication charter, and messaging around Brand, Corporate, Business, CSR and Employee Engagement
- Own key asset on the Corporate Website and keep it updated on a periodic basis
- Manage existing workstreams independently, ensure project delivery within deadlines, lead agency partnerships and manage the teams to ensure they deliver on all objectives
- Have a proactive mindset - constantly looking for ways to deliver impactful work, build strong relationships with business leaders and other internal stakeholders
