What does the role entail? - Responsible for delivery to all clients in India for the companies Enterprise Product - Establish the company as a thought leader to the client boards in the ecosystem - Define and manage delivery and operations to company's clients - Set up systems and processes - scale delivery and make it efficient. - Manage customer operations - Manage high growth teams of 50 to 60 people across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. - Upselling, Cross - selling, Renewals and Retentions are key KRAs for the individual - Manage client issues / escalations, trouble shooting and provide resolutions through cross functional teams. - Recruiting, resource allocation, management of team, fostering their development and training What are our expectations from you? - Should have minimum 12-18 years- work experience and MBA from a Tier 1 institute. - Consulting background (Strategy) plus Operations experience is preferable. - The individual should be enterprising and the executive presence quotient should be extremely high. - Capable of - firefighting- and trouble shooting at any point of time. - Manage timelines and hectic work schedules. - Ability to Handle presentation to C-Suite of large companies (clients) - Must have handled large teams. - Proven track record in Delivery/Project Management - Should have had experience with Hiring, Managing and training teams to scale up to meet business needs - Should love to travel
