AVP/VP - Compensation accounting/Payroll accounting

- A senior management role requiring full leadership of and accountability for a separate Compensation service.

- The role in compensation controlling will be a part of Finance accounting & controlling handling one or more of the following :

a) Bonus Accounting and Audit,

b) Equity & Deferred Compensation,

c) Variable employee compensation

d) Pension,

e) Restructuring, Severance and Untaken Vacation

f) Trust, Parent organisation and Share Premium.

- The job holder will be responsible for operational management and delivery for compensation accounting services of his/her area.

- Accountable for ensuring that controls and processes are in place to enable the accurate monthly billing, accruing and posting of deferred compensation and benefits.

- Work very closely with Global stakeholders.

- Responsible for compliance with financial and accounting policies.

- SOX compliance.
