AVP/VP - Company Secretary - Financial Industry

We have the opportunity for the position of AVP/ VP-Company Secretary with a leading Finance Company for Kolkata location.

Note : We are looking candidates only from- Listed Company

Kindly go through the job description :

1. Handling secretarial functions of the company, Deft in performing secretarial functions of conducting meetings, preparing & filing statutory documents / returns, secretarial due diligence and appearing before regulatory authorities.

2. Handling compliances under various regulations of Depositories Act, SEBI Regulations, SEBI.

3. Should be handling various Secretarial, Internal and Statutory Audits.

4. Should be Handling a team of qualified company secretaries.
