Client Change Management team is responsible for implementing cross divisional change in the form of new business setup, cost optimization, Business Analysis, Enterprise wide program / project management, regulatory initiatives. Team is responsible for running global change management programs in the area of Global Markets, Operations, Finance, IT, Risk and Regulatory. Some of the key responsibilities of the team include: - Program Management - Project Management - Business Analysis - New Business &amp; entity roll outs - Focused process improvements Business Unit Overview: India Global Markets CMT (Change Management Team) is involved in supporting Global Markets team in implementing various change and regulatory initiatives. Team is responsible for providing consulting, business analysis, testing and project management capabilities on Global Projects such as Front Office Supervision, NFPS roll out, MiFiD II, New entity set ups etc. Position Specifications: Title : AVP/VP Experience: 8-15 Years Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline, MBA (desirable) Role &amp; Responsibilities: Experienced Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the BFSI space. The roles and responsibilities will include the following:- - Delivery of Change Programs - Develop, administer, and execute global programs - Client Focus - Able to focus on the clients and help to improve product, service and program business processes. - Strategic thinking and planning to enable change in the required areas as per the need and priority. - Industry Knowledge - Bring in industry to identify changes in a proactive manner, bringing in best practices of processes/systems/products - Stakeholder management - Manage and work with multiple stakeholders and clients - Resourcing and Budgeting - Provide annual resource and budget plans and regular updates to the company's senior management team - Solution Provider - Assist our various business stakeholders with their tactical/ strategic solution requirements, services and/ or program. - Team Management and Supervisory role - Serve in a direct supervisory role, providing feedback, instruction, and discipline for staff under supervision - Influence and collaborate with other divisions within the firm like Front Office, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR and others to identify and maximize opportunities that help in delivery of programs. - Reporting - Prepare various reports as required for the various stakeholders Qualification, Experience &amp; Skills: - Experienced Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the BFSI space - Excellent communication and articulation skills - Expect sound understanding of financial products (preferably investment banking) and risk methodology across all asset classes - Attention to detail and high quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment - Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio - Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skills - Flexibility (Openness to Change) - Adapts effectively to changing plans, domains and priorities; Is open and flexible when faced with changing project constraints - Deals comfortably with ambiguity - Stays on target to complete goals regardless of obstacles or adverse circumstances - Rigorous follow ups through on all commitments to achieve results - Excellent and demonstrable understanding of - best practice- approaches to functional testing especially User Acceptance Testing.
