Job Role :

- Drive Category Strategy to grow Overall Category Contribution

- PNL Responsibility of Women Ethnic Wear Category - Drive Topline & Bottomline targets

- Business Development.

- Working across Teams to drive Selection and Category Solutions.

- Driving key Marketing promotions for the Category

- Inventory Management

- Team Management

- Vendor relationship management

- Responsible for driving revenue for their respective categories.

- Will work with product, merchandising and marketing and hold ownership of revenue on a weekly/ monthly basis.

- Think consumer backward on what trends, product, features, filters, which products should be merchandised, whats the conversion by sub categories and product, what's the traffic they need, and what are the opportunities.

- You will also work closely with sellers and develop them basis this.
