AVP/VP - Business Finance - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our client is a payment services company and is looking to hire in the Business Finance function.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead strategic plan and development of annual operating plan

2. Lead analysis and reporting including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis

3. Lead due diligence, execute transactions, ensure synergies for business integration

4. Lead strategic initiatives for organic and inorganic business growth

5. Annual financial planning, rolling out monthly forecasts for company's PnL and drive performance reviews and automation

6. Monitor plan versus actuals, present monthly financials,

Ideal candidate:

1. MBA from tier-1 institute with 5-8 years of work experience in FP&A/ M&A, consulting, investment banking

2. Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality

3. Hustler, someone with strong business acumen to understand the business requirements

3. Experience/ proven ability of managing large teams
