Business Transformation. - Manage and execute process re-engineering efforts across a portfolio of large re engineering projects or play a key role in one of the global priority re engineering programmes. - Managing customers and global stakeholder and process owners. - Re engineering end to end business processes - commencing with process analysis, through design and into implementation, as well as the customer and back-office re engineering Desired candidate: - 7 to 12 years in Process Excellence, Quality, Re engineering. Transformation roles for Global GIC environment. - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt. - Done Projects with Banking &amp; Financial Industry preferred. - Business process re engineering, transformation, Program management. Process Consulting. - B.E/ MBA from Tier 1 B School.
