Reports to: Head – Business Development
Key Deliverables:
- Anchor leadership role in business development of multi products
- Develop the business strategy for the region
- Develop, build and expand strong client relationships across the board (including promoters along with the BD Head) to achieve targeted fee based income and growth of loan book and ensure business continuity and expansion
- Understanding and analysis of the clients financials/business plan for generating leads/opportunities for various product verticals viz Project Advisory & Syndication, Corporate Advisory Services (PE and M&A), International Business Group, ECM, Infra Debt Fun and Asset Book
- Lead Generation and initial analysis of leads and filtration
- Pitching, negotiating and closing of mandates in co-ordination with respective product teams
- Co-ordinate with client and product team during the execution phase
Profile: Key specs:
- Proven track record in origination of transactions
- Client relationships
- Analytical skills for understanding client business, identifying opportunities
- Exposure in execution of transactions from corporates would be additionally useful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- People Management responsibilities
- Preferred Qualification – MBA/Professional qualification
- Sector agnostic
