1. As AVP/VP - Business Development, the candidate will be responsible for developing and closing a target list. 2. Will direct Business development & sales activities with prospective clients and be accountable for client relationship from deal conception to closing. 3. Maintain high-level interaction with new clients along with ED/ vertical heads to ensure needs are met, including but not limited to negotiations and contract management. 4. Responsible selling across the suits of services, including digital transformation & business process transformation services. 5. will also participate in the discreet handoff & subsequent evolution of the client relationship with the client partner. 6. Working with existing client to strengthen relationships and keep them up to date on services that the organization provides as well as new ones being added. 7. This individual creates demand and persuades prospective clients through the development & presentation of compelling value propositions and purchasing rationals. 8. Identify potential products and capabilities that an organization should be investing in, based on industry trends. 9. This position will require extensive travel to US - having a valid US Business Visa will be an added advantage.
