- Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing with minimum of 12+ year of professional experience.

- 8+year(s) working experience in BPO/ITES Sector;

Job Description:

-LOB- Voice/Non-Voice (Preferred 80% non voice and 20% Voice)

-Target handled – Min $ 6 Million p.a

-Handled a team of 8-16 members.

-Ideally handling multiple processess or worked in multilple processes.

Desired Skill sets:

-Must be doing client facing role.

-Front End Sales is a must.

-Flair for Business Development and networking.

-Should have thorough knowledge of US market.

-Candidates with good network in US market.
