- Conducting workshops

- Global stakeholder management

- Experience in Change Management & Transformation is mandate.

- Managing multiple and large complex projects.

DOMAIN : PAYMENT (Mandate)

- Experience across E2E BA activities - requirement analysis, solution validation etc

- Strong understanding of Payment domain (cross border, domestic payments, SWIFT messages)

- Experience/Understanding of payments operations across various stages like payment initiation, validation, sanctions, processing, post processing

- Experience in implementing strategic payment solution- design, Innovation and implementation.

- Experience with operational improvement programs like STP, Automation

- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile
