AVP/VP/Associate Director - Digital Transformation - Property & Casualty Domain

Objectives of this role

- Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization.

- Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition analog processes to digital ones.

- Be an evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down.

- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem.

- Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that were investing in the appropriate tools and resources.

Responsibilities

- To leads the digital transformation unit.

- Organizational transformation, product management, enterprise architecture, and data science.

- Delivering and consulting on platform, product, and domain capabilities approaches to improve insurance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-based decision-making.

- Data backed judgement, delivering innovative enterprise-scale products and solutions across cloud, SaaS, digital and data products and platforms for driving functional strategy.

- Extensive experience on P&C/General insurance, financial domain and ERPs.

- Strong knowledge on Software development life cycle Agile, Requirement analysis, estimation, planning, work flow designs, scheduling, execution, tracking, process improvement, system integration and customer relationship.
