AVP/VP - Actuarial - Pension Domain

- Review/Check and provide approval of results from valuations and/or results for any services.

- Project manage a portfolio of clients on valuations/conversions or any other service offered, determine and implement client-specific project modifications necessary to ensure completeness. Help project teams to understand North America team's guidelines on ongoing work

- Represent India in global forums related to technical competencies and other mutual collaborations In collaboration with group leaders, evaluate team members on technical competency. Provide guidance in allocating work to team members as per technical competency.

- Liaise with North American colleagues in preparing, reviewing and presenting training programs. Mentor & Coach junior individual contributors.

- Innovate and implement areas of improvement on quality and efficiency for set processes

- Assist Unit head on broader management areas like capacity management, resource planning, preparation for new services etc
